Today we went to Edinburgh, the capital of Scotland!
We departed at 9:00 am, with a funny guy, dressed with a kilt.
After an hour we finally arrived at the city capital. I think it's bigger than Glasgow and it's also more historical.
As soon as we arrived, we visited the Castle of Edinburgh, the most iconic building of the city, located at the top of a hill, above an extinted volcano.
I liked the contrast between volcanic rocks and the walls of the structure, and I also liked the entire trip to the castle.
Later on, after the lunch break, we've visited the National Museum of Scotland, with a guide. She's explained to us different kind of historical things. I've understood most of the things she's said, even though it was boring. In the end we had a free time to visit the remain rooms of the Museum.
